What do you ladies eat for sweet cravings? Also, what do you eat to make sure you get enough fat? I am trying to mix things up so I don't bored!

For sweets cravings, homemade rice krispies treats are good, angel food cake if you don't mind egg whites and one of my favorites is Stonyfield nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt. It tastes like ice cream but without all the guilt! I also love these donuts Mini Homemade Snowball Donuts (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2015/02/20/mini-homemade-snowball-donuts/)
Subs I use in the recipe are safflower oil, rice milk, and white sugar instead of the stevia/xylitol it calls for.

As for fat, I'm still trying to get it right because there are days when I don't get quite enough. Sometimes I use sesame or safflower oil when making veggie stir fries and curries (1 tbsp has 14g fat). I also eat bagels and occasionally potato chips, soy yogurt, tortillas. You could also try processed cheese, parmesan and neufchâtel cream cheese for a little fat boost.

How much fat are you getting? I try to get around 30-35 grams but it's hard at times.

Edit: I forgot about tahini! It has a lot of fat in just a couple of tablespoons.

Thank you! I am trying to hit close to 60/day, but there are days when I just hit 40. Looking for ways to make it more consistent.

If you want to increase fat cook with oil and have a salad with full fat dressing. That could be 28 g right there. Add sour cream on potato. Ice cream...yum

I ate quite a lot of mayonnaise when I was swaying and also cream when I could afford it in coffee. I ate full fat yogurt when I needed to. The fat is honestly the easiest thing to boost IMO.

I ate a lot of white chocolate and blueberry bars when I needed a sweet treat.

I did leftover white rice with corn syrup and raisins and a pinch of cinnamon warmed up for desert last night. My mom used to make it for us as kids. It's like a quick rice pudding - except no fat added; poor mans desert lol

I love fat so I don't have a problem getting that at all. I eat a little icecream with Carmel sauce with dinner. I also make muffins for a treat too. I think anything is really fine as long as you are within your limits. I also sometimes add Pepsi or coke (regular) to meals if I need empty calories.

For sweets I do fruit, but I have done poptarts, licorice, and soda. I don't really like sweet things, so I don't crave them much. I love fatty things though. Cheeses, creams, full fat chocolate milk, butter... *drool* I really need to get pregnant so I can eat those things again! I already get my limit of fat without eating those (so I need to stay away from them or I over eat them. every. time.) :)
