What can I use instead in a soup? I know they aren't a big deal in small quantities but I'm trying to just avoid them in my cooking if I can.
I'm planning on using chicken bone broth, tomatoes, green beans, cauliflower, maybe some corn and other veggies.
Are leeks a lesser evil?

Leeks are a good sub for onion.

Leeks and green onion are supposed to be ok but I will tell you, I do not think anyone's sway ever came down to garlic/onion!!!

It's really only RAW garlic and even then only in significant quantities on a daily basis. Onion has never been shown to sway at all, not even theoretically.

Thanks, ladies! Who knows where I read the onion thing? I think I got really excited about swaying and read too much. LOL.
I feel like veggie soup is a good low protein low fat type of food to have as a side with lunch. :)

The original theories had to do with evidence that both garlic and onion might raise testosterone levels and had too much potassium in them or something along those lines. I left them out of the original LE Diet because whenever I could go along with some old school sway diet idea, I did so provided that it was not harmful to health and did not cut odds of conception, even when I did't believe in them much.

That's good to know, as I love my veggie springrolls, but they have some garlic and union in it and some shellfish I think. But since I eat very low nutrient overal now, I think it will not hurt my sway. Good to see the pro agrees!

There are no magic foods! Women aroudn the world are eating garlic and onions and there is just no way that they could be swaying much if at all.

I can't remember why exactly but I went off onion around sway time. I used some spring onion instead - it's milder in taste but did the trick!
