How current is the info in the complete index?

How current is the info in the collection of Atomic essays like the complete index? I'm reading through it all, and some of these are dated 2010 and 2011. I'm sure that Atomic and all the ladies here have learned much more about swaying since then. Are these posts regularly updated with the most current into?

Some of them are very current and others aren't. The reason for this is in no small part because many people who come here, WANT to do things the "old-school" way instead of what I personally think is best and thus I like to keep up my directions for the older techniques because they are more clearly written than on the other sites and I believe this leads to a more safe sway for everyone who wants to do it that way. This site is meant as a clearinghouse of information and not necessarily "Swaying atomic's way". Additionally, many of the newer things we are trying are somewhat experimental and I don't want to put a chill over any area because I simply don't have the data to even say if we're on the right track or not. For all I know, I'm totally wrong about everything and we all should be taking calcium supplements and DTD 4 days before ovulation for girls. ;)

I do my best to go through and post caveats when something truly risky catches my eye, but you should def. keep an eye on the dates and ask for the most current thinking on any topic that isn't adding up to you.
