I did trigger and femera this cycle and really thought my temps would be higher but they stink!! Anyone have any experience? My sleep has been very restless the past 2 nights but still.

I think they're looking good today.

Keep in mind that the reason temps are what they are is because of hormones, and since the medications affect hormones, your temps can be coo-coo for Cocoa Puffs when you're on them. I feel like we have a nice stairstep rise happening and KFX!!!

I am not too excited at the moment. I just got a call that my progesterone was only 12 on 6 dpo :(
They want me to take suppositories and I don't even know if it is worth it.

I think your temps look great! I do think it is quite possible you Oed 2 days later though, on CD20, which would explain the low P, too. While meds can indeed mess up temps, more often they don't and I've seen soooo many women O late with triggers. Fx for you, I hope the meds do the trick.

Maiden, do you really think I o'd on cd 20? I thought trigger was pretty reliable in terms of porvoking ovulation. I did trigger cd 16

I think it is a definite possibility and I see women O 3-5 days after a trigger or not at all often. And given your strange response to Clomid and late O on Femara I feel there's a trend with your body responding in non-textbook ways to fertility drugs.

LOL!! Yea, my body is a little nutty!! :) So I am debating whether to take the P or not...............

Why don't we see what tomorrow's temp looks like. I agree- you very well could have ovulated later too.

I'm still getting good vibes about your chart [emoji6]!!

Given your chart and thus the significant possibility your P was actually tested on 4DPO, as well as the inefficacy, hassle, yuckiness and expense of suppositories, I'd skip them. But it's your call as to what you feel comfortable with. I do not believe nor is there evidence showing P prevents miscarriage.

If you don't conceive this month (though I feel optimistic!), I assume you'll try Femara again? What dose did you take this cycle? I'd ask for a higher dose since you Oed late, and that's particularly weird bc you tend to O early naturally, right? You might want to take it CD1-5, as well. See what the dr thinks. Oh, I also think you'd benefit greatly from ultrasound monitoring, as many days as possible, but at least on the CD 5 days past last Femara dose, the day of positive OPK and the next few days continuously until O is confirmed visually. That way a P test at 7DPO will be completely accurate and you'll know for sure when you Oed.
