hcg levels 4 wks after miscarriage

Hi all
I got my blood test results back today, My levels are 1.3 . Would this be normal 4 wks after miscarriage.

anything below 5 is considered normal in a non-preg woman in general, so yes. Also, every woman and every pregnancy varies in length of time for the hormone to disipate. So, while one woman/pregnancy's hormones may reach zero in a week or two, some take as long as 4-6 weeks to reach zero. So, yes, 1.3 at 4 weeks is absolutely normal. I am 4 weeks post D&C tomorrow and my OPKs still have a very faint line (mine are stark white when HCG or LH aren't present... not all are so lucky as some always have some sort of line) so I know some of the hormone remains for me, but I also know it isn't much, and my OPKs are slowly getting lighter so I know things are still going in the right direction. (((HUGS))) Sorry for your loss.
