The skull looks boyish but I can't see any nub signs. Did you get a potty shot? That is the most helpful at this stage.
Did the tech doing the ultrasound not tell you what the gender was? That would be unusual at 19 weeks.

From the last pic posted, I say girl but only because there's nothing obviously poking out. The pic is unclear though.
