I do not care for yogurt but hubby does. Which brand specifically should he be eating? Greek or no?
He likes the activia vanilla, is this ok?

All yogurt would be good especially the more natural ones :) Maybe try and chop a little extra fruit in it and try for yourself!

The more fat the better for a boy sway! Activia is fine, but if he can have full fat, even better.

Are you sure you can't choke it down? Maybe a smoothie? I was having full fat yogurt EVERY MORNING when I conceived my boy :)

I always ate a full fat yoghurt everyday when I conceived ds1 & ds2. For ds3 I was swaying so had switched to a low fat yoghurt daily. I really believe that dairy sways hard for blue, at least for me anyway.

:agree: another person here who got boys eating tons of dairy and I had really cut back when I got my DD - ate only American cheese and 3-5 yogurts per week. I was eating 4 oz of cheese every single day and full fat yogurt or cereal with milk every night when I got my 3rd son and with both my 3rd and 4th I was taking cal-mag-Vit. D supps.

I just wanted to say that with my ds1 and 2 I only had dairy in cereal, provolone at lunch, and ice cream at night. But I ate a lot of protein and calories were off the charts.

With ds3 I was on a low everything diet with 1-2 yogurts a day but they had aspartame in it. I did not eat any other form of dairy unless for a cheat on pizza. I was on the diet for nearly a year and then gave up over the holidays. I ate everything in site. Got prego 2wks later.

I do believe its the type of dairy but mostly the combo of the dairy with other rich foods.

Which yogurts are full fat, the ones that don't say low fat? I've been looking for "full fat" on the labels, lol.

If it says fat free or 2% (semi-skim) then it is low or no fat. If it says "made with whole milk" it is full fat.
