Hi hoping someone can help was planning on doing cut off with abstaining my question is if you abstain and dtd, then you was to dtd the next day would that be classed as frequent release and low sperm count or would sperm count be high? I was planning on doing a 3.5 and 4.5 day cut off but worried my 2nd attempt wont be low sperm count.
Thanks in advance

NO, that is not frequent release and is a very bad idea for TTC a girl. It is the worst of both worlds because when you've abstained and then BD, your husband will make a lot of sperm very fast in the hopes of getting to have sex again.
Also, we have gotten BY FAR best results with one attempt. PLEASE do not jeopardize your sway by doing methods like frequency patterns and timing, that are getting disappointing results for us, and then add attempts. Keep one attempt as long as you possibly can. For reasons we do not understand, one attempt is swaying very strongly pink (when done with other methods like diet and exercise). One attempt = 70-75% success rates, two attempts falls to 60%, and three attempts falls all the way down to 40%!
Cutoffs of 3.5-4.5 days DO NOT SWAY and you will cut your odds of conception to nil doing that. If you MUST use timing, please do no longer than a 3 day cutoff and 2 days is better. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.html

Oh I'd def. have you go ahead with another attempt - we have not found abstain to be a good tactic (gets worse than the overall success rate of the site) and the swimmers from your prev. attempt will probably be dead and gone by the time egg shows up!!
Are you doing timing or something??
