Yes. My son's nub was angled like this. But your baby could be curled which makes it look more angled than it is. So can't say for sure :)

Part of me is wondering if the dates are wrong.. my scan was at 12 weeks 6 days but then they said the baby measured 13 weeks 4days.
If it was in fact 12 weeks 6 days would this be more of a boy nub?
