For sure a girl?

Everyone keeps telling me there is no sign of labia folds so it's not 100% there was something sticking up very noticeably but I was told it was swollen labia however it does not show in this picture so how confident can I be this is for sure a girl? I do go back July 11th for an elective ultrasound to try again oh and I was 19 weeks here however baby was measuring 17

Thank you everyone! And the baby is measuring behind because I was breastfeeding my 13 month old at the time and only had one period the month before I conceived this baby so their guess is even though I had that one period breastfeeding through off my ovulation and I ovulated a lot later than the normal two weeks after a period
