Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I dramatically cut down my fat intake, stopped snacking and no longer ate breakfast. I also switched from drinking tea to coffee.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I started the diet in mid January so had been on the diet for 5 months when I got my bfp
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He continued to eat as normal, lots of fatty foods, lots of sugary pop. He is currently at his heaviest adult weight.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I mainly ate bread, rice, pasta, salad and veg. I had the occasional cheat where I would have some meat but was mostly quite strict. I did not factor the sodium restriction into my sway and in fact I was consuming much more than I ever have before.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I would only have 2 meals a day, one usually at half 11-12pm then my 2nd meal at 7.30-8pm so I went long periods each day without any food/drink. I waited until I was hungry to eat. Which was actually easily done with 4 kids to look after ha ha.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
10st 4lb BMI 23.6
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I lost a pound the week of our successful attempt, I lost 26lb during my time on the diet and was at my lowest adult and conception weight. I could not commit to doing the exercise so I went down the couch potato route. I had been losing a lb a week consistently the few weeks leading up to O.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The one attempt, the length of time I had on the diet, the fact my dh smokes, my weight loss. Also having 2 alcoholic drinks the evening of our attempt.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not doing exercise (although I didn't do any when I got my dd), the cheat days I had.
Things worth mentioning:
My dh is in a stressful job where he is either driving or sitting behind a desk so I hope that helped nuke a few swimmers :-) My cycles were getting shorter and shorter each month leading up to my bfp which I hope means I was in a good place for ttc a girl. My cm was completely different to when I conceived my boys, was lotion like so I hope that is a good sign but I am fully expecting it to be a boy and if it is I will love him just the same as the others.
