I've been looking for cough syrup but having a hard time finding just guaifenesin. I know that dm is bad but what about the others types, they all seem to have other ingredients.

tell me what other ingredients are and I can tell you if they are ok.

The tablets are also fine and can be a good way to find just Guan.

I used the plain mucinex tablets and they seemed to work good

Yeah, those are no good (not even for a cold LOL)

Dextro is not safe when TTC and any decongestant will sway pink.

The thing that always confuses me about these types of medications is why would they put both decongestant and guanefesin in a medication!! It makes no sense to do that, they just counteract each other and would do nothing to help a cold. :think:
