I took Vit d high strength and DH took Ginseng occasionally

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Ate breakfast religiously ... snacked on nuts and fruits/veggies .. Loved eating peanut butter and little nutella combo :)... Tried to eat egg everyday plus protein and carbs at every meal ..
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
about 6 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH ate same as me
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I tried to follow the knowledge gained through GD which for me was to eat everything that increases fertility and that would sway blue . Rest is all in God's Hand

Ate lots of bananas , nuts , dates , almonds , tea, v8 juice , pineapple juice, coconut juice af-o

never bothered to check
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
dint do much .. I feel i could have done better here . I two have 2 dds to whom i have to push to school and i live in kind of hilly area.

Tried to do bridge yoga pose after dtd with Kegal exercise to push little guys up.
Any relevant attempt details?
As soon as I got +opk we started dtd tht morning and night I think we were on spot as I ovulated late tht night , temp shifted next morning and then dtd tht night also . Couldn't do more as hubby was busy.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was very fertile as I tried to eat all that sways blue.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Its that I am having same kind of food cravings and feeling same as I did have with my DDs :(
Things worth mentioning:
Before Ovulation.. when I felt I was feeling dry I took double dose of fish oil for 4 days during ovulation .. tht increased my cm and gave good ewcm.
