Anyone have a good recipe to make your own protein powder? My husband likes 20+ grams and most of the homemade powders don't seem to have much. His has a lot of gross ingredients though and the kind I buy is good but small.

I liked that Sunwarrior kind you posted, Quinn...is hubby not liking that one??

Try to remind him that the reason why the soy protein powders have such high protein is because they are basically Frankenfoods and he'll get a lot more results with real foods anyway. It's not all about the amount of grams, it's what your body does with those grams, and he's a lot better off in terms of muscle growth just eating some raw eggs like Rocky than drinking something brewed up in a lab that probably lowers testosterone anyway. :)

Good point!! Thanks. I'll remind him of that. I'm really trying to get this show on the road and get swaying so we can have our first attempts this fall!

Okay new dilemma! My dh seems on board with the change in protein powder ( thanks for that!) but he just opened a 100+ serving container of protein powder and doesn't want to waste it. Is this make or break? We both have at least one a day.

Does it go bad?? Can you put it in the freezer to be used at a different point in time?

Sorry, no offense met but this sounds like an excuse to me. Is he trying to undermine you at all???

I just ordered some new sunwarrior for us! He didn't realize how big of a deal it was and he hates the way sunwarrior tastes but once I explained he was on board. Although my 2 day shipping from Amazon means it won't be here until Tuesday because of the weekend. Dang procrastination!
