Hi all!
I'm new here and really want to learn what I could do to have a girl.
I'm also relatively new to TTC to be honest. Thanks in advance for having me.
I would like your opinions as to what the chances for me to sway pink currently.
I'm naturally thin and my diet is like this. My daily calorie intake is probably up to 1700.
Breakfast of 1 banana, or 1 cup of yogurt with 1 banana with honey, or sometimes veggie juice.
For lunches I tend to have noodles and some veggies, or some meat dish (pork, chicken or beef)/ fish dish with rice and a few kinds of veggies as sides. I love noodles of all kinds.
For dinner I tend to have a little serving of rice with a little serving of meat or fish, and a lot of times I eat a little serving of beans. I try not to eat so much in the evening on most days, except for Friday and Saturday when I eat out, I eat a lot of different foods.
I drink up to 2 cups of coffee and 1 cup of green tea most days.
I take Vitamin B6 and E, and Folic Acid but I don't do it everyday. I tend to take them 4 times a week.
I prefer to eat healthy and not having to take artificial sweetener type of stuff including soda drinks, although for pink sway its recommended to have diet coke and the like?
Is there any sups I should take to up my game?
My husband eats a lot of chicken and generally a lot of meat, but he prefers to not take so much rice and bread. He tries to have protein but not so much carbs mainly because he works out a lot.
Usually he releases at least every other day throughout a month. When he has time like on weekends he releases multiple times but at least once a day in consecutive days. Is this considered FR or no?
His testosterone levels seem to be high naturally.
What things should I keep in mind you think?
I am also wondering if any of you believe genetics play a part in boy or girl conception.
Is it the father's side of family that tends to determine which gender to likely conceive?
