It took me 12 cycles to get pregnant with dd #2 which my dr diagnosed as secondary infertility. I ended up getting an IUI the month I got pregnant. I am hoping that was a fluke since I got pregnant with my first in 3 cycles. I'm nervous this means we will most likely have another girl. Dh's sperm count wasn't great but the doctor always said it was normal or great. When I compared it to people online it seemed low. He's also 44. I always checked out normal and I'm 33. Anyone else get a boy after secondary infertility.

I have a good friend who had SI with her 6th child, finally got pg and did have a girl, but then the next pregnancy she had no trouble getting pregnant and had a boy. I hope it's easy for you this time.

I know the struggle with secondary infertility and it is SO FRUSTRATING. I have no advice for you but hugs, and don't give up--you are STILL so young! I know that doesnt make it any easier, but at least your clock isnt ticking away--and you know about the issue young so the drs have lots of time to figure it out.

Actually, I do have one piece of advice. Try going gluten and sugar free for a few months, I know a lot of ppl have sworn it helped their secondary unexplained infertility. My naturepath told me to try it and see if it made a diff, and so did atomic. Easier said than done, but whats a girl dying for a baby to do? we'd try anything, right?

Hugs! Secondary Infertility SUCKS!! I had that with this time around. I swayed for a DD for my DH and am pregnant with sweet, baby boy #3. It is totally possible to get a DS with SI!! I second cutting out processed sugar (I still ate fruit). I also took vitamin D twice a week because I was deficient.

Hang in there! I'll be praying for you! Here is some of my baby boy dust- it is the persistent kind [emoji6]! [emoji597][emoji92][emoji170][emoji843][emoji170][emoji94]

:agree: we have seen good results with going gluten free for PINK but I have not yet seen it work for blue sways so proceed with caution.

Quinn, I hesitate to have you do anything different because your diet as you have laid it out in other threads is quite good, possibly even too restrictive for blue in terms of too low of carbs at some meals, and I don't want you to be any more low carb and restrictive than you already are.
