View Full Version : OLE and LR... how much?

Okay, I've searched and searched and can't seem to find a definitive answer! How much OLE for my husband? I know LR is AF-O only, but what dose should he take?

OLE is 500-1000 mg daily thru cycle and then wean off at BFP

LR is 450 mg taken 3x a day from CD 1-14 and then stopped regardless of when you ovulate

What does the OLE do for DH? I have tried searching and can't seem to find anything. Does it lower sperm count?

We honestly don't know what it does exactly. Seems to be ok for sperm count but still possibly sways pink.

There was a doctor who claimed to be using it for good gender splits with IVF and it seemed to possibly help (over time it has become less clear that it's really doing anything though) and we started using it for swaying and got decent results with it.
