From diet only - Had full fat milk in tea, otherwise avoided dairy. Ate at least two full eggs per day.

Diet only - at least two bananas, one jacket potato, two glasses of V8 and two glasses of coconut water daily

Diet only - Added salt to all meals (I never normally add any salt to anything)

I was originally taking tribulus but dropped this as it delayed o (DH continued to take it) and was taking fertile cm but dropped this as it dried up my cm. In addition to the above I took RJBP, probiotics, wheatgrass juice, Ural in the week of ovulation and additional Vitamin D.
I was weaning down off false unicorn when I became pregnant.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I followed the HE diet, but with a lean towards IG in that I ate red meat and potatoes every day (very unusual for me). I stopped eating sugary snacks and replaced with protein / carb combo. I always eat a lot but am naturally very slim, so was really pleased that I managed to gain almost a stone on the diet!
A typical day was as follows:
Early breakfast - natural meusli with blueberries, banana, extra nuts and coconut milk. Green tea. Pineapple juice to wash down RJBP (yuck!)
Snack - two egg omelette with tomatoes and mushrooms, washed down with a glass of V8 (with yeast flakes added).
Lunch - leftovers or almond butter on toast with big salad, salt and vinegar crisps, or jacket potato with tuna salad, glass of coconut water.
Snack - fruit and big handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), glass of V8 with yeast flakes, glass of pineapple juice with gelatine (week of o only)
Dinner - meat, potato and veg! Steak / cottage pie / spag Bol / roast dinner etc. glass of coconut water
Snack - bowl of oats and nuts and banana with coconut milk.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
About 8 months (with a 2 month pause while I was pregnant before miscarraige)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes

Just ate what I was eating in the evenings

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway

Went from just over 7 1/2 stone to almost 9 stone

Any additional comments?
We DTD every two to three days from the end of AF, hence the O-2 attempt. We had an attempt on what I think was the morning of ovulation (and two attempts on O-1), but my temperature didn't rise for 3 more days! We used a small amount of preseed just as a lube with each attempt, and I used an instead cup with both my morning attempts. I had a big O just before and just after DTD on each occasion
Any relevant attempt details?
With both my girls we DTD about five times during the peak fertile period, so I'm not sure how much I think number of attempts matters (although we did have much greater periods of abstinence prior to DTD in each occasion)
Did you do anything with Ions?
Not knowingly!

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Weight gain (a lot was muscle), diet, pH, exercise
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
That fact that it is never a guarantee! I slacked off a bit on diet in the previous 2ww
Things worth mentioning:
I really feel like I gave it my best shot and I'm already feeling a lot of love for little Pip. I found it very hard to continue swaying after the miscarriage, but am very happy that I persevered. We prayed a lot about things throughout the process and it's all in God's hands anyway
