Okay, I'm such a type A freak with these things and now I'm freaking out that I don't have much time before our first attempt. I'm trying to become a dream member but my stupid paypal account isn't working right so hopefully I can access more information later today.

Anyways, I made some changes to my diet that seem better, I plan on eating every couple hours and this will be a typical day until I go back to work in the fall. Most of the food we buy is organic.

First thing:
6:00- 10 or so nuts
(workout)
8:00- quick oats with whole milk and a hard-boiled egg
10:00- organic protein shake (whole milk, berries, greens, flax seed, sunwarrior protein)
12:00- lunch (rotate chicken, beef, salmon, tuna, and avocado)
1:00- more nuts/sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds
3:00- carrots and hummus
5:30- dinner (rotate chicken, beef, salmon, tuna, and asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower)
7:30- graham cracker with peanut butter and/or dark chocolate
9:00- one scrambled egg with feta
(drink lemon water, half-caf coffee with coconut oil in the morning, coconut water, occasional Coke and organic decaf coffee at night, one cup of decaf green tea a day)

This seems like sooooo much food. Is it too much?

I will be doing 40 minutes of weights/some cardio 2x a week (Lindsay Brinn Postnatal Bootcamp) and doing 40 minutes of Insanity (high intensity intervals) 2x a week. I will probably walk on the treadmill at a leisurely pace the others days for some movement.

my supplements- currently taking prenatal and fish oil (6 weeks consistently at first attempts). Starting this weekend adding vitamin D, wheat grass, and vitamin B (4 weeks at first attempt).
dh supplements- he's been taking- multivitamin, l'arginine, and coq10 a little inconsistently for a couple months but will be consistent for about
6 weeks before attempt.

We will bd 2-4 days and try to make it fun. Our bd has been few and far between with him travelling so much. With both my girls, I was so focused on making a baby, it was a job.

At ovulation we will be doing sperm meets egg plan.

Is this okay, should I change or add anything?

Looks good! I would just say with the food thing, make sure you are eating protein and carbs whenever you eat. So when you have your nuts, try to have some carbs too (maybe a piece of fruit or a glass of juice). GL!

Good point!! I will add some more fruit or starchy vegetable. I'm really trying to eat whole, unprocessed foods. I swayed in 2013 and ended up not getting pregnant for a long time. I gained a lot of weight on the diet but was eating more sandwiches and other carbs that were unnecessary. I'm hoping being smarter this time will help my weight stay the same in case it takes awhile.

Nuts are protein + carbs anyway. They are ok to eat alone or with some lemon or coconut water to wash it down. :)

But tht having been said I do think that a couple of the meals (like egg and feta cheese) could be improved by a bit of carb like some blueberries. :agree: I feel like we are lacking in fruit. What are you having WITH the meat at lunch??

Why are you taking additional Vit. B to the prenatal?? I wouldn't. Just wean off now if taking and don't start if you haven't.. With Prenatal and that diet there is NO earthly way you are lacking in B vitamins and they can really mess up cycles when you take megadoses, esp. with B6.

There is a big difference between eating meat and potatoes and bread and then eating meat and fruit and veg. I would not be surprised if you end up having to eat MORE to prevent weight loss.

With lunch, I'm having meat and avocado and I'm eating a vegetable like raw cucumber, or a salad with homemade dressing (grapeseed oil, balsamic vinegar, and dijon mustard).

Right now I'm only doing prenatal and fish oil. Maybe I will just add coq10, l'arginine, and folic acid.

I doubt I will lose since I've been cheating with my kids' crackers (I eat some nuts or proteins with them) and a coke everyday. I'm really trying to cut out the coke!! I've had such a hard time saying goodbye to my diet coke and just stopped when dh said he wanted to sway last week. I'm done with it completely now though!

I also cut my interval and weight/light cardio workouts to 4 days a week and slow walks the other days so that should help with not losing weight and hopefully building muscle. I'll weigh myself in a week to make sure.

Meat, avocado and low carb veg needs more carbs. That is not protein + carbs. Fruit instead or a sweet tasting salad dressing. Doesn't need to be tons of carbs, just a smidge is ok. Coke is actually fine with meat, avocado, and low carb veg and then would be the carbs for you. I can assure you that I have drunk full sugar Dr. Pepper with my boy conceptions. :agree:

NO l-arg. WE have had a lot of trouble with that. Messes up cycles and is drying up CM for lots of people.

Is it okay to grab a couple nuts if I have a couple chips or piece of chocolate. Im trying not to snack too much but occasionally I'll grab something from my girls.
