Okay, I'm such a type A freak with these things and now I'm freaking out that I don't have much time before our first attempt. I'm trying to become a dream member but my stupid paypal account isn't working right so hopefully I can access more information later today.
Anyways, I made some changes to my diet that seem better, I plan on eating every couple hours and this will be a typical day until I go back to work in the fall. Most of the food we buy is organic.
First thing:
6:00- 10 or so nuts
(workout)
8:00- quick oats with whole milk and a hard-boiled egg
10:00- organic protein shake (whole milk, berries, greens, flax seed, sunwarrior protein)
12:00- lunch (rotate chicken, beef, salmon, tuna, and avocado)
1:00- more nuts/sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds
3:00- carrots and hummus
5:30- dinner (rotate chicken, beef, salmon, tuna, and asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower)
7:30- graham cracker with peanut butter and/or dark chocolate
9:00- one scrambled egg with feta
(drink lemon water, half-caf coffee with coconut oil in the morning, coconut water, occasional Coke and organic decaf coffee at night, one cup of decaf green tea a day)
This seems like sooooo much food. Is it too much?
I will be doing 40 minutes of weights/some cardio 2x a week (Lindsay Brinn Postnatal Bootcamp) and doing 40 minutes of Insanity (high intensity intervals) 2x a week. I will probably walk on the treadmill at a leisurely pace the others days for some movement.
my supplements- currently taking prenatal and fish oil (6 weeks consistently at first attempts). Starting this weekend adding vitamin D, wheat grass, and vitamin B (4 weeks at first attempt).
dh supplements- he's been taking- multivitamin, l'arginine, and coq10 a little inconsistently for a couple months but will be consistent for about
6 weeks before attempt.
We will bd 2-4 days and try to make it fun. Our bd has been few and far between with him travelling so much. With both my girls, I was so focused on making a baby, it was a job.
At ovulation we will be doing sperm meets egg plan.
Is this okay, should I change or add anything?
