ACV swaying for a boy, how much and when?

I thought that ACV wasn't being used for boy sways anymore? I may be wrong. Hopefully someone else can weigh in.

Yes, I keep that info around just so people can do it safely but we have dropped that.

The reasoning is because blood sugar levels may be swaying (and that is among the strongest evidence we have) and ACV lowers blood sugar levels. We have been using lemon water instead, which is also "alkalinizing" and helps make more EWCM, without the risk of lower blood sugar that the ACV has.
