CFR or j&d?

Dh and I are days away from our second attempt and sort of messed up what we were planning. Originally, we were going to do a 10 day abstain, but ended up having protected sex last night. I know frequency isn't really a thing anymore, but I'm still confused. Should we do CFR from this point on (I will DTD on Wednesday) or do we just let his sperm rebuild back up and do a simple j&d after?

J and D plus one attempt has seemed to be adding successes. oNe attempt - 70%, one attempt plus J and d, 75%. I'm not saying this is set in stone reality here but it's def. worth a go!

CFR, I believe is doing nothing just like ALL the frequency patterns, and is only looking successful in the stats becuase it is always done with one attempt, and the sample size is so small that one lucky sway is making it look like it's doing something, but it isn't. It is also super stressful and many couples ended up unable to actually have the attempt because their husband was then unable to perform!
