In a word - NO.

Although it the temptation is understandable, it's never a good idea to mix swaying with IVF. With IVF, you are trying to do whatever it takes to INCREASE your body's ability to support a pregnancy. Eating a healthy, balanced diet is proven to be one of the best ways to ensure that your little bean will stick and grow up big and strong. And your husband's sperm need to be many in number and as viable as possible.

The process of swaying is basically trying to influence which sperm meets the egg, and in HT procedures, all that is done for us. So to try and sway while doing IVF, not only may it reduce your odds of success, but it would be pointless anyway. EVerything we hope to accomplish via swaying, you've already accomplished through doing IVF.

A better road to ensuring you will have lots of your desired gender to implant is by adding Microsort to the IVF process.

Some people who have done MS/IUI DID add some aspects of diet and supplements to their attempt, but unfortunately, they didn't get pregnant so we don't know what the outcome would have been. With MS/IUI, fertilization takes place inside the body, so it does make sense on one level to try and mix the two. However, it can be extremely difficult to get pregnant via MS/IUI under the best of circumstances. It seems wiser to focus on boosting your fertility as much as possible and then letting the chips fall where they may, rather than messing around with diet and supplements that may affect the procedure in a negative way.
