Hello
I thought i'd share a trick of mine that seems to be working in combatting my girl mom sweet tooth. As a girl mom I often wouldn't crave anything in the morning and when I did it would be sweet (of course) this would set me down the girl mom road of nothing but empty cals and sugar all day!!now that I'm swaying and trying (most days successfully) to eat breakfast I've found that a pickle before bed really has done the trick for me. Obviously it's after some yogurt or cereal or something more "heavy " and nutritious but it's my new night cap! I've also found taking it a step further into desperation and drinking some of the juice and/or having one for breakfast with eggs or something "spongy" also helps. I've been doing this for the past few days and it's really eased my cravings....( I'm just getting done my first real period/pms after stopping the pill)
It's also great because should you put anything sweet in your mouth it tastes like crap!
