Hi again ladies, we're getting closer to TTC now and im still researching like crazy.
Do vaginal PH levels make any difference in TTC a girl? What should the ph number be?
And should i use ovulation kits? i have never used them before so i'm not sure how they work. i've read that ovulation kits show up positive 36hrs before ovulation and we are planning on DTD at least 3-4 before that. any help would be appreciated im just beyond confused, this is our last chance and i would love to get it right

Hey :) good luck with your sway!
I wouldnt get too worked up over your pH levels tbh http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html there are other sway factors that are getting better results from what I have read on here. Atomic Sagebrush is the lady who writes all these articles and answers questions.
Again from what I've read it seems that one attempt at pos OPK or dtd every four days if you prefer not to chart is getting pink results.
What other sway factors have you included (diet, exercise...?) xx

oh wow there is so much information i just dont know where to start lol.
i've just started a trial LE diet to see how it goes, still need to lose a few more pounds but i started a couple of exercises as well. i will not be charting, i will be sticking to be Shettles Method starting at 4days before ovulation.
:worry:

We had so many opposites with the pH both blue to pink and pink to blue, it got really tough to believe in it (I got a boy with pH of 4.5). I looked into it and it seemed that it was biologically implausible that it was even true http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html
I am not following your question on the OPK, can you please clarify?

Shettles has been debunked and if you are interested you can read about it here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.html
You can of course include timing if you want to but I urge against a 4 day cutoff, they cut odds of conception so far that it makes it really tough to conceive. Most people who think they conceived with a long cutoff actually just ovulated early. 2 or 3 days cutoff is max.
