Ok, so atomic is working on my sway plan (thank you!! [emoji8]), and in the meantime I am trying to kick things into gear based on what I've been reading for awhile now from all of you!

Here's what I need input on so far...

I usually have a bit of dark chocolate at night but is this not recommended on the LE diet? If I need to cut it or should cut it, I will.

I have cut out meat for the most part and I'm watching calories and fat first, then low nutrients, sugar and sodium. I'm keeping caffeine.

I'm also postponing my breakfast until 10-11am, which is much later than I'm used to.... When I eat, I've been eating a low calorie turkey sausage and egg white sandwich around 11 on a white English muffin and then 2 cups of coffee, a small lunch with no meat and low fat/calories/nutrients, and then nothing until dinner which is also low calorie/low fat and no or very little meat. I've been drinking water and water with crystal light in between as well.

I'm using "my fitness pal" to track it all and doing an intense bootcamp for 60 mins 5 days a week in the early morning and I always do something on my own exercise wise on the weekend.

I stopped taking calcium and magnesium plus my prental and continued taking vitex and cranberry plus an antihistamine. I purchased licorice root, olive leaf, and cranberry for my husband to take but he has not started it yet. When should I ask him to start?

I purchased replens to try (if it's still recommended) but I will not use that until we first make our attempt at whatever time atomic recommends waiting while being on the LE diet awhile first.

Lastly, 2 out of 3 of my boys (oldest and youngest) were conceived in November and due in August, but both came early in July. My husband's birthday is also in July. So, I am avoiding TTC in November like the plague because we have too many birthdays already!! Hoping to conceive in late August - end of September or even early October.

Anything I should change or add or remove? Thank you all so much!!

Anyone out there? I'd really appreciate input from any seasoned swayers or even those actively swaying. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed going about this the first time...

Just want to say welcome! Not sure cranberry is safe. I think that's been dropped. Good luck with your sway!

Oh really? I didn't know that! That's why I'm confused on what supplements to take or NOT take.

Hi I've also got 3 boys and want ttc a girl!

I think the focus on the LE diet is to make sure you hit the daily calories and ratios for the day. From what I've read, atomic encourages you to have cheat treats etc, within moderation and I agree because you don't know how long you take to conceive and consistency and adherence is more favourable in the long term (as with any diet plan tbh). I don't personally think a small bit of dark chocolate in the evening is going to be devastating as long as you stiay within your daily targets.

I think you need to focus on what you can realistically manage in the long run and if you feel you can stick to your plan then great! :-)

If atomic is doing you a plan then I'm sure she will address what's supps etc to take.

Good luck!

I personally would switch from Dark chocolate to milk chocolate instead. There is a lot of good nutrients in dark chocolate.

A little meat is ok as long as you keep your total protein amounts to 60g or less. Also keep fat to 60g or less, which might be challenging with a fatty meat like turkey sausage which is usually dark meat turkey. For meat I had 2oz of turkey breast low sodium deli meat.

As far as cranberry goes, I believe it is not used much so I agree with NBP. Most DH's use either LR or OLE, some use both. Atomic will chime in to tell you what is best.

Otherwise, keep daily protein and fat to 60g or less, total calories 1800 or less depending on your weight and exercise levels. If you are going couch potato, you will need less cals to lose weight. If you are going to do the 1 hour of cardio 5-7 days a week, you may need 1600-1800 cals. Play with it and see. Also if you find you aren't losing weight with white carbs, you may need to switch to whole grains. Play with it and see what works best.

I know it can be overwhelming at first, but know that in a months time you WILL be a pro [emoji6]! It totally gets easier!

FX and GL!!
