Hello ladies! I am currently getting ready to start round 2 of Clomid, bumped up to 100mg. I'm looking at adding Fish Oil, just to hopefully get some EWCM. I'm going to be adding Mucinex as well, starting CD10 (last cycle I O'd cd17), and we'll be using preseed too. Thoughts on adding Fish Oil as well? 1000mg once a day? DH is taking it as well. The only other supplements I'm on are a prenatal, DHA, and 1000mg vit d. I don't have EWCM before Clomid and now bumping it up I'd just hate to have a super hostile environment!

YES on fish oil !!!! It should really help things "down there"!! Either that or Dha supps work! Also, have you tried grape fruit juice or lemon water? I did the guaifenesin tablets & they worked well for me :) :fx::fx: for you Taytum!!

Will 1000mg work for the fish oil? I just never know with Clomid what works and what to stay away from. [emoji53] I do lemon water every morning as part of my boy sway as well so glad that should help, too! Also, did you just do one Mucinex tablet per 12hrs? I think mine are 600mg.
I've just added DHA this cycle as well so hopefully I'll see a difference in that as well!

If you're taking DHA then skip fish oil, does the same thing and may cause bleeding and worse O pain if you take them both. :)
You can take up to the max dose of Mucinex on the box if you want.

Also, quick question so I'm not adding another thread.
I started my period on Thursday - super bad cramps and medium/heavy-ish flow. Then Friday light flow then Saturday just a little spotting and now nothing today. I'm worried about my lack of a full 3/4 days of period. Could this indicate my lining is too thin on the Clomid?

What happened this month doesn't tell you anything about what will happen next month.
We are getting pregnant in months after light periods like that. I wouldn't overthink it, you can mention to the doc and they may want to do a scan, but I wouldn't stress or take anything "to improve lining" because most of that stuff interferes with Clomid and doesn't work anyway.

Thanks again atomic, I really appreciate and trust your knowledge! I think I just need to chill the F out; that might be the best medicine. [emoji6]
Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Hahaha yes, Quinn! I feel like I think of another thing and then worry about it and freak over whether I should be taking baby aspirin. And then a week later it's something else. But going to try really hard to give zero Fs this cycle! Lol

Easier said than done Taytum I'm quite embarrassed by some of my freak outs :D
I find TTC mixed with swaying brings out some serious crazy !!

Taytum I just read your previous page and I got my BFP this cycle after a really light AF - especially compared to the three cycles previous - check my chart :)
From CD3 on my light days could have been put down as spotting they were so light!!

Thanks so much for the reassurance, True! That's exactly the way mine has gone - I feel like CD3-5 is basically just spotting, not even a true period! That gives me hope though! [emoji4] Definitely going to try to relax a bit this cycle now that I know what to expect and hope for the best. Hopefully I'm not far behind you with a blue bundle as well!
