View Full Version : How late can I start a gender sway diet ?????

Hi ladies ,
I am expecting to BD for a boy on the 21st, which gives me less than 3 days to be on a boy diet.
I will be able to have high sodium/potassium/PH with a combination of food and supplements .i will have high glucose too. I will also Have doggystyle position and oragasm(not a problem lol)

My question is , will the diet be effective which only 3 days?. Will my sway be ok?

i don't want to waste a month of ttc...

Please let me know your thoughts ...all advice is greatly appreciated 😊😊😀

Well it's certainly better than nothing... And it depends majorly on your lifestyle leading up to ttc! I don't think you need to do high sodium though.. That my cause more problems than it's worth.. But then again ur only dieting 3 days.. But high sodium regardless is not normally recommended. Are you using any lube?? Preseed might be a good last minute blue sway tactic! It's naturally the pH of sperm so it should help ur boy swimmers! :) if anything just make sure you're good on supps and vitamins and totally well nourished these next few days so ur little boy can stick and grow! :D

Is there anyway you can wait till next month? Most ladies seem to get more success with 6 weeks of diet....

Just quickly adding that high sodium/PH and potassium are not the ideals for the HE diet over here, we go for high nutrition and condition, the other things have luckily all been disproven :) If you are really keen on trying on the 21st can you get in some eggs and peanuts daily plus a good fish oil and womens one a day, maybe a wheatgrass supp? This should give a quick nutrition boost!

Well, it's better than nothing, not ideal of course. I would personally not do it, but it is up to you.

Be sure you are in with 3 attempts - that is something you guys can do to make a real difference. Have an attempt the night before O day (the day of positive OPK), again the next morning if possible, and again the next night.
