View Full Version : My Sway Attempt Summary

So, I think I have things mostly worked out after being on the diet for almost 2 weeks. Heres' what I'm doing:

2000-2200 calories per day (this is VERY HARD for me. I am feeling full ALL DAY LONG). I haven't gained any weight yet though :( but strangely enoguh I usually suffer from constipation but I am having regular bowel movements? I'm not sure if it's the intake or the supplements. Also trying to get more Alkaline diet. Lemon water, Tea. Eating 2 Bananas/day.

Supplements: Just ordered FertiliTea, also taking omega-3 1400 mg, Nature Made Women's Multi-vitamin with Calcium (250 mg)/D, Cinnamon (for PCOS). Stopped drinking more than 1 cup of coffee/day and switched to different herbal teas.

Getting IUD out August 3. Will wait 1 cycle and then try from there. Am going to use OPKs and temp, and do the 3 attempts after the trigger like advised here.

Anything else I am missing? Thanks :)

No Fertili-Tea, that may sway pink.

I would drop the bananas in favor of a more nutritious food. Bananas are not magic boy foods, they just have some potassium in them. There are TONS of other foods that have potassium plus a lot of other good things like avocado and blueberries. Bananas are mainly empty calories and you can do better.

Everything else looking good. :)

good to know! Thanks. I have started doing trail mix instead of bananas. It gives me a large amount of calories and I don't feel as full! Plus I can snack on it all day long.
