What daily dose and is it safe to continue into pregnancy or i should stop it at some specific time prior
Also any difference in capsules, powder or juice? Are all equally ok to take ?

I answered this a bit more in other thread but because different types are formulated differently please use dose on individual product.

I would reduce use after ovulation to no more than 1-2 times a week because there is not enough data to know about safety during pregnancy.

Ok i will probably then take 2 capsules a day and stop at ovulation
