Me: Multivitamin, Fish Oil, VitD, Probiotics, Folic Acid, Coq10, EPO AF - O.
I was on these supplements for 10 months & the multivitamin a full year.
DH: Multivitamin, VitD, Fish Oil, CoQ10.
(DH took these for 8 months but had stopped taking the cycle we got BFP.)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
My diet was very different to before. I finally understood HE and started easing into in gradually from Sept 2014. The changes in what/how we ate are huge. By Jan 2015 I was on HE without adding snacks. Snacks were added from March 2015. I also added juices from March. Pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, V8, coconut water & Brewers yeast. I drank Lemon water daily.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Full HE was used for 5 cycles.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH didn't follow HE but he did eat a lot of what I ate every day - our whole family's diet has changed drastically since Sept 2014.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
I'm happiest with my diet during this sway I feel I did well on HE.
I fell behind on an ocassional busy day or two and a little during my 2WW's but never by much and definitely not back to old habits.
I eat breakfast every morning I stuck mostly to oatmeal with peanut butter.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I used MFP to track Calories, Protein, Fat & Carbs. Once I got the hang of it it was very easy to stick to and became second nature.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I started this sway weighing 8st 7lb (BMI 20.3)
I gained 21lb in total but that was dispersed over 10 months. In the 3 cycles prior to BFP I gained 3lb each cycle.
At BFP I weighed 9st 13lb (23.7 BMI)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I gained a nice bit of muscle while swaying. I alternated one day brisk 45 mins walk, next day 30 mins weights. I wasn't perfect and fell behind a little with exercise every now and then but the muscle stayed and I think the breaks helped stick to it for longer. I also think the 90g + a day of protein made my body ready to build and maintain the muscle because it went on so easily.

We had used pre-seed, robitussin & opk's in our previous attempt cycles but we didn't in the cycle we conceived as we were skipping this cycle.
I did have TONS of EWCM, more than I have ever had in my life!
Any relevant attempt details?
We were not attempting the cycle of BFP as DH was on medications that we weren't happy with for our sway. However we had an oopsie on CD12 so quickly added a further 3 attempts over the next 3 days - according to FF O occurred on CD15

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Length of time on diet and supps. I used MFP to track Protein, Carbs & Fat and did quite well.
The muscle I gained :) I didn't enjoy weight lifting but loved the results.
That I had copious EWCM.
The silly things!
I didn't ingest or use any mint products and changed to a baking soda toothpaste.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
DH being put on steroid meds right before attempt.
I had 2 drinks the night of our oopsie. I had been avoiding alcohol for swaying.
Things worth mentioning:
I feel I did my best :) I definitely did the best I could have done and there is nothing I would change. My sway is very different from my previous sways and my lifestyle has changed drastically.
I love this little bean already, girl or boy I don't care. That decision is already made and I just hope for a happy healthy baby :)
This is our final baby so I'm going to do my best to enjoy every single second.
