Hello all,

I am new to this forum. To introduce myself i have a DS. love him soo much and now want a DD to complete my family.

I am reading all ways to get a girl of my dreams since last 1 month and started diet a week back. But I am still confused about my sway plan. what to do and what not to :(

I have a few questions. If i can get answer for those that will be great.

1. Calcium and Mg sways girl. But in some post atomic mentioned for her calcium swayed boy, Should i take it or not?

2. I generally don't have much sweets, I have a lil boy. Does that mean i should have some sweets may be I can eat homemade low sugar chocolate ice-cream. Is it girl sway?

3.How do i measure my sodium and potassium intake? I can only calculate how much sodium potassium is there in milk/yogurt etc, Not in final prepared meal

4. I never see vegetables those are acidic so what vegetables should I eat? I have to eat something with roti (tortilla) or pasta or rice. Can i have lentils? Also is cooked tomatoes allowed on girl diet or not?

5. The calcium mg,cranberry supplements should i take all the way till i start ttc or only the month i will actually try

6. Its july currently and i am thinking to ttc in mid sept so 2 months from now. Is this sufficient,

Hopefully i can get answer to my questions. Thank you so much!

1)Whether calcium sways pink is a matter for great debate. I can't tell you what to do on that. All I can tell you is I got 4 boys with tons of dairy, my last two taking calcium supps, and my 4th boy was taking the very high calcium recommended by the other sway sites. Then I dropped all of it and got a girl. I have the science here (three part essay, read all three esp. the third one) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/610-calcium-conundrum-controversial.html

2)No single one food sways a particular gender, it's your whole diet that sways. One food in and of itself really doesn't matter. I don't think eating sweets or not eating sweets is the key to getting a girl.

3)You have to calculate the amounts in the foods you eat and add them up. I find Self.com very helpful for this.

4)The acid alkaline diet doesn't work and we use a different type of diet on this site. I do not want to steer you wrong if your intention is to follow one of the other swaying diets, so I kind of can't really answer this ithout knowing what your preferred diet is. They eat like 2 vegetables on some of those sway diets (cucumber and green beans) and they would not allow lentils or canned tomatoes. We have no forbidden foods on our form of diet and all foods are ok in moderation including lentils and tomatoes.

5)at least 6 weeks in advance is what is recommended for those sups. I personally don't think cran is safe but that's how they do it.

6)We've gotten best results with 12 weeks or more on diet, but 2 months is better than 2 weeks! :)

Thank you atomic for clarifying some confusions. I saw your post regarding exercise. I am 4'11 and i had 114 lbs weight. Currently i am 109 lbs.
You mentioned we should not starve and should consume 1200-1500 calories min. At my current weight should i do intense cardio 1 hour per day 6 times a week and try to reduce the weight to 100 lbs?

Also, can you provide link of any of your blog/forum/reply which can guide me what all i should do? Does gender dreaming also believe in 7 sway factors as in in gender? I am finding LE diet to be much more realistic as compared to IG.

Are cakes, icecream. pastries (whipping cream) allowed in LG diet? (Keeping calories in mind for the whole day?)

so much knowledge you have atomic and I hope with the help of yours and other great ladies here I conceive the daughter of my dreams and sister for my son! Will be ttc in Sept

Thank you so much!

Cardio is a good pink sway tactic, I don't think you need to get your weight that low. I do recommend cardio but it's because it sways, not because I want you to lose that much weight.

I can't give everyone a blanket set of instructions because different people need different things. A 4 ft. 11 person will need a dramatically different sway than a person who is 6 ft tall and there are lots of other things to consider when planning a sway. In my signature below is a link to the Complete Index that has all the essays in alphabetical order and you can go through and see what is a good fit for you or I do the personalized sway plans for people also if that is easier.

I do not believe in the 7 sway factors and that is a huge reason why we started this forum to begin with. I used to be on IG and everyone was miserable and going years not getting pregnant. We are getting as good if not better results than they are (their stats are not reliable because they don't include everyone in their stats) with a much easier diet and much quicker times to conception. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7507-ig-vs-gd-swaying-whats-difference-who-atomic-sagebrush-anyway.html

All foods are allowed on LE Diet as long as they fit in the guideline for the day. In the Dream Members section there is a thread called "myth of the magic foods and food guide" that will help you make the best food choices.

Just let me know how I can help!

Thank you so much atomic!! Really appreciate it.

I read some of the essays and magical foods and all totally makes sense to me.

I will try to make my sway and will check wuth you if it looks fine. One thing that i wanted to know is i will be skipping breakfast all together ad will have 2 meals lunch and dinner. Low calorie and low nutriet. In these 2 meals should i take milk, yougurt and of not when can i take that. As per mineral intake there is minimum calcium and magnesium intake so i have to take milk and yogurt sometime to complete the range. But somewhere you mentioned dont take proteins and carbs together for the glucose level will rise and will be like that for a long time.

If i take that as snack then also its the same priblem right?

My tests shows i have vitamin d deficiency, so should i take calcium vitamin d supplements or does it sway blue? Should i take mg supplement.

I will be taking baby aspirin every day 2 weeks before ttc. Is it ok or should i start earlier?
Any other antihistamine or sudafed to include and when?

Also frequent bd every alternate day from O to cut off or through o what is better?
Or frequent Bd but releasing outside and just once 2 days before O?

Please let me know.

Thank you so much!! Hope i can do it the right way to get the desired results!

I can't answer all these questions, many things you must decide for yourself. You are basically asking me to make you a sway plan and I can't do that for everyone, that's why I sell the Custom Plans is because it is very time consuming. :)

You need to be tracking your nutrient intake and be sure you are getting ENOUGH. Starvation is not an option on LE Diet, please stick within the limits.

You are welcome to eat some dairy foods in your diet but if you are a believer in calcium for swaying, take the supplements instead. Dairy has so much nutrition in it that it will sway blue in large amounts.

Worrying about protein and carbs is for BLUE swayers. You can eat protein and carbs at any meal. The only time I ever have pink swayers eat only protein or carbs at a meal is if they have to eat breakfast for work. Protein and carbs are fine at any other time except first thing in the morning.

DO NOT take baby aspirin every day unless a doctor told you to. I am not even using it any more for most people, and even when I was I only had them use it 2-5 times a week. No more than that unless under a doctor's care.

If you need Vit. D for deficiency you need to take it no matter how it sways.

No Sudafed for DW. Antihistamine instructions in the Complete Index in my signature below.

Stick with one attempt. None of the frequency stuff has been getting good results.

Is fast paced walking also considered as cardio? Also, shoukd Dh also restrict breakfasst , cereal especially?

Walking is great for sway and counts as cardio. Don't worry, it doesn't need to be Olympic levels.

DH does not need to skip breakfast, that seems to only matter for you. He may want to give up the cereal though because it has a lot of vitamins added to it and that may sway a bit blue. (not worth fighting with him over it, though!)
