I've been doing weight watchers for a few years now but my weight has yo yoed a lot because of the m/c I had and being very ill.lost a stone then put it back on and just been yo yoing now but have recently lost 9 1/2lbs. 4lbs of that past 3 weeks.only 42lbs to go till back to old weight! Haha.
Anyway.....
I was thinking for any one that needs to lose weight while doing l.e this could be great.
I've been slowly adapting the weight watcher diet with l.e.
Sticking to my daily pro points so you don't go over fat and cals as its all worked out for you .then how I'm fitting in l.e is by leaving 15 hours between last and first meal.I.e dinner at 7pm so nothing to eat till 10am the next day . then nothing till lunch and nothing till dinner.( 3 meals no snacks). Sometimes I'm so busy anyway I don't get to eat till about 12/1 so only have to meals. With the weight watchers you get an extra 49 points a week so you can have the odd cheat day using them and still lose weight.
Just thought if any one TTC girl wants to lose weight and do l.e this could be an easy way as all cals and fat worked out and if you stick to the pro points daily eating 2/3 meals a day ,no snacks it could take the stress out of trying work out cals etc.??

Hiya,

This sounds pretty much like I am doing, I am using lots of the weight watchers recipes and products obviously with the le calorie, fat and protein values.

Leaving out breakfast though and am doing vegetarian diet with lower nutrient veg.

But definitely think that being a former weight watchers member has helped me get to grips with doing this diet.

I think the WW can be a very good way to go and if it's working for you, keep it up! WE have had successes with that approach. :)

Hi.yes for me it just makes sense .takes the stress out of trying to work the cals etc out as its all done for me. Just making sure have 2/3 meals a day and no snacks. Fruit and veg is free on w.w just like l.e apart from peas parsnips and avocado I think. Been a bit snacky past two days as been ill and bored in doors .must get back on the wagon .x
