Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was doing the complete opposite of when I was ttc my boys
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 weeks plus
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
At the beginning of the year he went on a low fat diet and lost 2.5 stone & maintained
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I did have a few cheats here and there & had to increase my caffeine intake due to skipping breakfast and lowering my calories

Everything seems to be the complete opposite of when I was TTC by boys down to diet, exercise, time of year/seasons,
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I had a few cheats on the diet
Things worth mentioning:
Just happy and greatful to have my BFP, although a girl is my dream a healthy baby is top priority - plus this will definitely be my last baby so I just want to enjoy :-)
