Are we supposed to be lower in sugar intake? I've noticed that mine keeps being high even though I'm not eating a lot of junk food. My "treat" will sometimes be a graham cracker with peanut butter. I'll also have homemade Lara bars occasionally. I really don't know where else the sugar is coming from. Is anyone else tracking this and how are you lowering it? I really don't eat a ton of processed foods but I do eat fruit and cheat occasionally.

No. There is no reason for anyone without PCOS to even THINK about sugar.

Ok great! I've seen a few posts about sugar but I thought that was more old school thinking.
My dh is kind of a health nut when it comes to food so he limits his sugar.

Yep.
It's fine for anyone to limit sugar but we aren't talking about SUGAR sugar - not natural sugar! That's all good and is protein + carbs.
