So getting ppaf 3m ago had a 35 day cycle don't know lp because wasn't testing for O. Then a 30 day cycle positive opk at 17 so if I assume O next day then day19 1dpo that gave me an 11 day lp. Now this month down to 28 day cycle positive opk day 16 so that gives me a 10 day lp. What gives? Uggg can even get prego with that? Is it my age 37, changing everything? This month my dh and I will be on opposite coast come O time so out for next month but will watch my lp. Totally bummed:(

LE Diet has caused that for a few people, lower dose of fiber if using and start eating 1 serv. full fat dairy a day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat per week.

Thanks I have always been a vegetarian but dropped the title and was eating salmon but dropped eggs and salmon for sway. I only did that for a month though. It was the short diet.

But is a 10 day lp a problem if it continues?

It is actually more normal than people realize. Sometimes people start tracking their cycles which they've always assumed was in normal range like 28 days only to learn that they usually ovulate on CD 18 and have 10 day LP.
Sometimes, and short LP is one of these times - it's better not to know. The people who really have problems are those with SUPER short LP like 3-8 days long (and not spotting, I mean full blown AF 3 days after ovulating) and generally they have other things going on at the same time or are postpartum/breastfeeding.
I can count on one hand the number of peopel who have truly had too short an LP to conceive that did not have that correct itself over time.
