Could post-partum hormones effect my sway for TTC girl? I am currently 6 months post-partum after having DS #4 and just starting my diet. I’m at the point where all of your hair starts falling out  I hate this post-partum issue! BTW JIC it matters… I conceived DS #2 only 3 ˝ months post-partum and DS# 4 only 9 months post-partum.

Are you breast feeding?

Close spacing tends to sway pink, but people who are super fertile and get pregnant easily postpartum may be more fertile and thus more "set" for boys than average. Going from 80% likely to conceive a boy to 60% likely to conceive a boy is still a strong pink sway but ends up being a lot of boys despite that.

I would not worry about that at all, it's swaying pink for you even if no magic bullet.

Thanks for the feedback and Baby Dust. No I'm not breast feeding right now. Does that make a difference? Yes, super fertile! Our Last 2 DS have been withdrawal babies.

breastfeeding may sway pink a little, but mostly I was just curious becuase it's somewhat unusual for your cycle to resume that quckly when EBF.

I was only able to BF for a month (one time 2 weeks) with all 4 because they all have a protein allergy and lactose intolerance. They all required special formula and probiotics.

That's exactly what I did with DD1 I only bf for a month and a half! My periods are back tho right away so I'm hoping having babies close won't both my sway too much. I want a boy tho! So the fact that it sways pink even SLIGHTLY worries me! :) but I'm doing everything else to sway blue so it should be alright!

I was 5mths preg with DD2 when I weaned DD1 at 17.5mths. I am still BFing DD2 at 10.5mths, I would like to sway blue but not at the detriment of feeding DD2.

Is there much procen research to say having babies close in age (21.5mths) and bfing sways pink?

IDK but in my case, I got blue twice. I'm gearing up for one more "the entire kitchen sink TTC girl sway" part of me just feels like what we get is up to God! But...I hope to help him out a little bit lol

Unfortunately, there is very little interest from the medical establishment on any of this. They aren't interested in studying it.

I would NEVER EVER EVER ask anyone to wean for swaying. Please do not wean your baby for a sway. I got one girl and one boy while breastfeeding, I assure you it is totally possible to have a blue sway while nursing.

Do a little more research because we are actually getting better results with a simplified, laid back approach doing only the things that really work and dropping the things that are mediocre.
