New to posting so advice and help would be greatly appreciated. I've been a member a while and I'm now about to start a girl sway.

I've read 2500-3500mg of potassium per day, I'm finding this impossible. The supplements I can find online are all low level mg, with a maximum of 90mg. That'd mean spending a fortune and taking a high number of pills per day.

I'm also trying out my diet ideas and stuck with that also, I'm uk based.

Early morning- coffee with organic skimmed milk
Mid morning- boiled egg, cucumber and tomato
Lunch- iceberg lettuce, tuna (if I don't have the egg earlier), tomato
Dinner- 100g chicken, pasta, tom sauce

I need a really basic idea of what to do.

Search for quick fixes for diet disasters - atomic has a great post with ways to add potassium., etc Coconut water is a great way to get your potassium in :)

DO NOT take potassium supplements. NOT SAFE in the amount you'd need to take for health. there is a REASON they come in such teeny increments!

In the Dream Members section is a Guide to Potassium you need to read and also the "quick fixes" thread. Both are in the LE Diet section of the Dream Members forum.

Short version - potassium does not have to be legally listed on labels and thus while most foods have a fair amount of it, it looks like there is none. You may actually have to go look up the foods you eat to make sure you're getting some. This only takes a short time and then thereafter you'll have a pretty good idea how much you're getting.

There is a great support thread here for diet stuff http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/47163-lets-record-what-were-eating-help-each-other-80.html

My concern with your diet is that I do not know the nutrient levels that you're eating. Fat, protein, calories?? Are you getting enough of those things?
