Well sweetie, I'm here to throw a big kink in your observation [emoji6]. I have O+ blood type and am having my third DS (a failed pink sway). My neighbor has O+ blood type too and had her second DS this past December. I have never heard of this before.
I think with any observation we must be careful and not jump to correlation. I led a classic boy lifestyle with DS1 and DS2. With this baby I'm carrying, I had problems with my fertility due to a supplement I was taking (not for swaying purposes) and had to add in some other vitamins and nutrients that sway blue just to get pregnant.
I think diet, exercise, and how many attempts you have in your fertile window sway more strongly than anything else. I would follow the HE diet (you don't have to gain weight to get a boy! I have always been lean and am having three [emoji4]), do moderate amount of exercise with incorporating weight lifting if possible, and have three attempts in your fertile window and keep Bding every other day until you get past the latest CD you've ever Oed. I believe this will get you your much longed for DS [emoji6].
FX and GL to you!!

Well thank you for that information. That makes me feel better. I have heard pH is a huge factor when swaying and low pH sways girl.
Im not worried about having another girl. I would actually love another girl but want to give my boy sway a chance for my husband.
We are in similar situations! My DH longs for a DD! When this little guy is born, we are going to try not using protection and not really TTCing up until he is about 4-5mo and then we will start having better timed BDing. I too love having boys, but my DH would love a DD to complete our family.
I have always had very low pH and have three boys so it is definitely possible for you!
Here is ALL of my blue dust [emoji597][emoji92][emoji170][emoji843][emoji170][emoji94]!! By the way, I love your screen name! I believe boys should come in pairs and hope you get lucky and have twin boys. That would be AWESOME [emoji4]!!

there's some study on this and what you are saying is not true.
I have O blood as does my husband and we have 4 boys.
I also got a boy with pH of 4.5. Do def. read the pH pickle because there is way more to it than pH.
