DH and I just got in a big fight over this damn sway! Obviously not good for keeping testosterone low. We were fighting because the plan was for him to abstain. He did great at it for 18 days, but then couldn't take it anymore (I don't blame him). So he started to do frequent release. But now that has been going over a week and he can't keep up. So we got in a fight because now it has been over 24 hours since his last release. I am on cd 34 and still no +opk so that's the cause of this mess. I stopped taking SP to hopefully bring on O, but now I am hoping it stays delayed so we can get a week in of either abstaining or frequent release. So I stopped the SP which was supposed to help T levels and now we've gotten in a fight, and I'm stressed over no O! Not good for my sway but I've waited so long for this damn attempt and am doing everything else right so I don't want to skip this month. Ugh! So frustrating!!!!

oh no! hope you can make up soon
your DH sounds great for trying to sway well with you too, I don't blame him for getting tired after a week.
did you spot my topic about this same sort of thing? I have very irregular cycles at the moment and know my DH couldn't do abstaining and that daily releasing indefinitely would be something we'd both struggle with too, so was trying to find some middle ground. Have a read: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?5007-lowering-sperm-count-without-daily-BDing-or-abstaining

Thanks for the link! Yes I did start reading that the other day but forgot to go back to it. Think I'll try to get him to continue once a day and if I end up getting a +opk before a week I will have him release twice the day before and day of O. You made me feel a little better. Now if only I could get that +opk!! :)

I think that sounds like a good plan, FX you O soon.
There's so much riding on this swaying business, it's no wonder emotions run high sometimes. I hope you and DH have made up now x

One fight is not going to make or break your T levels, don't despair!!!
I'm so sorry about the long cycle mess, but I do think that rainbow's link may hold the answer to that dilemma. The prob. is that irregular cycles may tend to sway pink, so it's hard because you are trying to abstain/FR at the same time...
