Hi Atomic,

Is the below product good for swaying pink or bad?

Jordans Natural Wheatgerm | Holland & Barrett - the UK (http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/jordans-natural-wheatgerm-60041202)

It is all fiber without sodium, but then it has Vitamin E, B1 & B6 so I was not sure...

I was eating similar products when I conceived DD and I was wondering if the fiber helped too...

Thank you

Anything in dietary amounts is fine.

Wholegrains are one of the biggest unknowns for swaying - we started off thinking they swayed blue but newer information makes me question if that is really true. Very few blue swayers are even eating grains so our success with HE Diet and getting boys, has nothing to do with whole grains, and the PCOS swayers for pink who are eating them, are getting lots of girls, so I seriously doubt wholegrains are swaying strongly blue (if at all) for people.
