I took a pre conception multi vitamin & DH & I both took a probiotic once a day. Although he has since admitted that he didn't always take his tablets when he said he did!!

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I ate a lot more then I usually did. I ate 3 main meals & 3 snacks consisting of a protein & carb. Ate red meat 3-4 times a week. Had 2 eggs most days until about the last couple of weeks as I was getting over them so I reduced it to 2 eggs 3 times a week.

10 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Not really but he ate more red meat as I was preparing the meals.

No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Made sure I ate every 2-3 hours. Had coconut water & v8 juice everyday. Drank juice from 1 lemon in water throughout the day everyday. Had toast & cereal for breakfast, always had a snack before I went to bed. Ate 1 row of dark chocolate everyday.

I did weights 4-5 times a week before positive HPT. No cardio.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I stuck to the diet & supplements & had been doing a weights program for 12 weeks.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I didn't get 3 attempts in within the micro fertile window.
Things worth mentioning:
I just tried to do the best I could with diet, supplements & weight training. Timing & working out O was a little stressful but I gave myself plenty of time to practice before my attempt.
