Can't seem to loose muscle mass in the arms from carrying around children all day! Also when I vacuum I go all crazy with it lifting it up, all which ways just to get in every knick and cranny and underneath furniture. My arms are always hard as a rock due to this. How can you loose muscle mass in arms while doing this?

It is impossible for you to be adding muscle mass from those things. It is very hard for women to add or even maintain muscle when losing weight or at a low weight. You would need to be doing weight building exercise using actual weights and eating a lot of food to add ms
Your muscles get "hard" when you move. That's how they work. That does not mean you're too muscly to have a girl.
You need to live your normal day to day life while swaying. Please do not stop vaccuuming or picking up your children, those things do not sway.

Thank You. I was starting to think I was gaining muscle mass from carrying kids, vacuum, groceries, etc because they get hard and stick out when doing these things. It seems they are harder and bigger since losing a pound!

Your body fat makes a nice layer over the top of muscle that makes them look softer. But they're in there. When you lose weight it makes them stand out more even though they're smaller. It is not ever easy for women to gain muscle and impossible without LOTS of food intake and weight gain.

Makes more sense now. I was freaking out thinking I was gaining more muscle mass cause they started to look bigger. Actually my arms in general look bigger. When I look in the mirror they look so fat. You know how when you lay out and the fat like spreads and makes you look wider? That's how my arms look lately. Is this a good thing? They used to look skinny and more put together.

When you're swaying it's kind of important to not get too involved looking for signs and signals to see if it's working or not.
It may mean you are less muscle and more flab than you were before which we think is a good thing.
