So I haven't been here for a while. Have been so busy moving and been having a hard time with my health, kids and hubby, so have been trying not to think about ttc. I have not officially been diagnosed with PCOS, but to me it's rather obvious this is now affecting me a lot :( And I'm just messing everythng up diet-wise, I just can't seem to do it, to loose weight I mean. My bmi is 30,7 and I just don't want to be pregnant like this. The new plan is to ttc is june next year and get fit and healthy by then by using the pcos diet from this site. But I'm a very picky eater and am overwhelmed by all the info. I would love to know what you girls eat on a good day and of course also on a bad day (please describe if it's a good or a bad day, so I can learn from you :) )

Good to hear from you Dana!! The diet is hard but will get easier! Looks like I'll be joining you next year! My DH flip flops still but wants to not try and not prevent when this little guy is born and have better times BDing when he is 4-5mo. That will be sometime around next April-May!!

My go to meals were rice with a veggie mix (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) with some soy sauce and sometimes a faux chicken patty (Morning star). I also made pizza with Matzo crackers (the large ones) with a bit of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. I would put on top mushrooms or whatever veggies I was craving.y kids still love them!! I'll post more when I can remember more.
These were my go to though!

Oh yay XX hope we'll be due date buddies next year!! But first let's meet this little one you're cooking now <3 Thanks for the tips, I thought something like that yes! Mozzarella, the normal one or the light version? Matze crackers I love, love, love, but we only get the little round ones. I love them with hummus. I'll miss my (almost) daily homemade guacamole, avocado mmm! But I'll limit that to once a week. I eat mostly vegetarian, but had plenty of meat substitues in the past when I conceived my boys, though I don't really like them. So will skip those anyway. And walk, walk, walk of course. Summer holidays are almost over, so will have more time for myself!

I made the Matzo pizza with the large square crackers and used the light Mozzarella cheese. I also ate hummus with some crackers for lunch sometimes.
