Duration of diet? Since April 2011
Dietary Changes? Ate lots of potatoes, bananas, tomatoes, cantaloupes, and watermelons. Snacked on peanuts. Ate oatmeal with raisins everyday for breakfast. Also added salt to anything I could. Also did the drinks and supps. Completely cut out caffeine except for the Green Tea, which I only drank AF-O.
Did you continue diet after attempt. If so for how long? Till about 3dpo
