Hi ladies!

A couple of years ago I tried TTC for a girl, ended up wanting a baby more than a specific gender at the time because we were having a little trouble conceiving, and wound up with the most beautiful baby boy who I love to pieces last November.

DH and I are wanting another baby fairly close in age, so we were thinking of TTC next year in the springtime. This time, I’d really like to TTC for a girl. I purchased the LE diet plan and was a dream member back then, and I intend on doing the same next go around. I’d really love to plan this all out in advance so I can be extremely strict, which is why I’m perusing the forums now. I would love to hear your success stories, especially for people who purchased plans.

What do you think was the most influential factor in your success, and how important do you think it is to have DH participate in swaying as well?

Many thanks, GL to all trying, and hope to hear from you soon!

Ironically, the strictest sways are not always the best ones because as you found out firsthand, cutting back too far may mean you have trouble getting pregnnant and end up having to sway blue in order to get pregnant.

Diet longer than 12 weeks, one attempt, exercise, Clomid if you can get it have gotten best results by far. Everything else seems to do nothing but inhibit conception.

I feel like we get just as good results with husbands not participating as we do with those that do.

I'm betting getting clomid will be a bust. Next best alternative? Also, best time for the one attempt?

Thanks SO much atomic! :)

Diet longer than 12 weeks, exercise, one attempt.

We have been having one attempt at positive OPK becuase it is convenient and high odds of conception.
