Horrible Chin Acne

Well, I guess I am now officially acidic. My chin is one big acne field. Its so gross. I have never broken out in this area before. Been on the diet for 7 full months now. Any advice?

Acne has nothing to do with being acidic. It's actually impossible to be "acidic".

I suspect it's from the cyst!!!

I've been getting this too! Throughout my whole cycle not just before AF. All around my mouth and I even have a pimple in my eyebrow right now! Weird! Lol. I've been putting tea tree oil on them when they break out and it seems to help a lot x
