In the Dream Members section there is an A-F ranking of foods for the HE Diet.

But on this site there are no "boy foods and girl foods" really. Our diet is about the overall nutrient content of diet and not "magic foods" because as we all know, there are tons of people who eat the "wrong" foods and still get kids of both genders. There are no boy foods or girl foods, it's your diet as a whole that matters and you can read more about that here.
