Lime Douche

Can someone help clarify the like douche? Are you suppose to jump and dump and then put the douche in? Or right after sex and lay there for 4 hrs? Also, I read about the like and diva cup. I want Ttc only in November and December, so I'm trying to get pregnant first or 2nd try. Any advice would be great!

All I've seen about the ph stuff is that it doesn't work for swaying and can actually prevent pregnancy instead.
If you want to get pregnant on the first or second try, I'd drop the ph stuff and put your all into diet and exercise. You might not get a girl, but you more than likely won't even get pregnant if you're doing lime douche.

If you only have two months to get pregnant, please do not do douche. pH hasn't worked for us http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html and it cuts odds of conception HUGELY so anyone with a limited time frame to conceive should avoid it like the plague.
