this might be a really dumb question , but how do i go about it best if i want do do a 3 or 4 day cut off for TTC Girl.
my cycle is very regular so i never know when i ovulate the next month and i have a 6 month old than dosent sleep through the night and wakes up at different times of the morning ( i read if you temp you need to do it at the same time and have to have at least 3 h good sleep to get a good result ) sorry this might be to much info but i can't check my cervix just can't bring myself to it and my husband thinks I'm crazy if i ask him what if feels like.

Well, timing doesn't sway a bit and most of us on this site have 2-3-4 or more timing opposites.

BUT if you want to have a cutoff like that what you can do is take OPK tests and see if you get a fade in, have attempt then (when test is getting dark, but isn't yet positive). This will end up being a few days before O for most people.

If you don't get a fade in, you can try having unprotected sex every 4 or 5 days thru the cycle and then skip attempt if you get a pos OPK.
