I had blood work done and I'm Very low in vitamin D&magnesium. I know I must take the supplements for my health. Can I still sway for a girl?

The only girl I have was conceived when I lived in socal and walked everywhere so sure vitd was good. All my boys conceived in fall in the north and just confirmed I am Def. I did not take any supps yet. Just got them d3 vs d2 but am wondering if I should've had higher d for girl sway even though it goes against sway advice

Yes you absolutely can and you'd just take the medications as prescribed by your doctor for the next month or two and then reduce to 3x a week 6 weeks before TTC!!!
